1. Do I have to come to you and sign the agreement or can I do it over the phone?

ANSWERS

1. Do I have to come to you and sign the agreement or can I do it over the phone?

A. You can do it all over then phone or hire on-line.

2. I'm keen to get started straight away. How long will it take to get my equipment delivered?

A. If you place an order either by phone or email before 2.00pm and live in the greater Auckland area, we will do our best to deliver it that day!

3. How can I pay for my equipment?

A. You can pay by Master card / Visa or Amex

4. What if I don't have a credit Card?

A. We can still help you! If you are paying by cash or cheque, we also require a bond of $100.00, which is refundable on the equipment being picked up and in good working condition.

5. Can I pay by Automatic payment?

A. Yes you can. We require the first month in advance then weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. You will be given an AP form to fill in, sign and give back to the driver. Just remember if you don't have a Credit card for security you will also need to pay a bond of $100.00.

6. Do you have a showroom?

A. Yes we do. All of your hire requirements can be sorted on the phone or if you prefer to call in and see us at our showroom. 1-2 Bishop Dunn place, Botany South.(across the road from Mitre 10 Mega)

7. Will you deliver to rural areas just outside of Auckland?

A. Yes, normally no problem. Sometimes an out of area surcharge of $10.00 may apply. Drop us an email or phone to let us know where you live.

8. What happens if I order my equipment and when it arrives it not what I wanted?

A. You don't have to take it! Any money that you have paid will be refunded 110%. See our guarantee page for more info.

9. Can I have my equipment delivered after hours?

A. You sure can! We understand that people have to work. If you can't meet us during the day, we deliver up to 8.30pm on Tuesday or Thursday evening.

10. What happens if for some reason my equipment is not working correctly?

A. Just give us a call and we will get a new item out to you ASAP!

11. Do you only supply the Auckland region?

A. Unfortunaly at this stage we can on service the Auckland region.
