The science
Why does 100% Whey Protein – WPC/WPI create an anabolic environment for muscle growth? Its specific formulation provides a full complement of amino acids and maximum levels of essential whey protein fractions. Glycomacropeptides, a-Lactalbumen and ß-Lactoglobulin are included, along with a huge 23g of Branched-Chain Amino Acids per 100g of protein.
100% Whey Protein – WPC/WPI has a unique combination of pineapple and papaya extracts, naturally rich in the digestive enzymes Bromelain and Papain. Both these proteolytic enzymes act as digestive enzymes to aid in protein digestion.

How do I use it?
Add approximately 2½ scoops (30g) to 200mL of water, milk or other beverage. Shake or blend until mixed, then serve. Can also be added to other foods to increase protein content.
