If you're a gym rat ready to move your workout home, this is easily the unit for you. The 30lb Olympic bar attached to linear bearings travels vertically at a 5 degree angle over two case hardened steel shafts, providing you with safe, quite and efficient upper and lower body workouts which target all the major muscle groups. You can concentrate on all the smaller muscle groups with the cable cross set-up conveniently located on the front of the unit. With the selectorized system, you can safely work arms shoulder, back, calves, inner/outer thighs and more.
