Tuesday evening I sent an email via your web site enquiring about purchasing one of your Cross Trainers. By Wednesday morning when I got to work I already had an email in my Inbox from Sarah with the details I needed. It was so refreshing to find someone acted promptly and efficient in follow up. A rare find these days. I communicated back and fourth a couple of times to provide Sarah with the information that was needed and within a couple of hours Sarah had organized all the paper work and had sent me a Tracking Number to say the Cross Trainer was on its way.
My Cross Trainer has arrived this morning, thank you. So often you receive unsatisfactory service in general places you go so I thought I would take the time to say how lovely and efficient Sarah was and what a pleasure it was dealing with her.
I had sent an enquiry to another company re Cross Trainers and due to Sarah being so quick off the mark and communicating with me she sealed the deal. The other company never got back to me to me till later in the day.

Hello Peter, Sorry for the delay in providing the photos of my gym.
As you know I have had the gym for the past 16 years and in that time I have used a lot of different equipment. I noticed during that period that once I had acquired the equipment the supplier forgot I existed. If I wanted a machine to be serviced I was told I had to bring it into the supplier. Some of the machines had to be assembled in my gym. Imagine to my horror the thought of me having to disassemble it, take it to the supplier, have it serviced and then bring it back and then reassemble it. Pathetic service!!! Since then I have been very selective as to who I would purchase from.
In the past two months I have purchased a Lifestyle C70 exercycle. My wife is thrilled with it. It is everything that you said it would be. Being impressed with the sale and your integrity I came back and purchased a Paragon M3 Home Gym. The machine arrived on the promised delivery date and installed by in a professional and friendly team. I was kept informed of times by phone so that I did not have to waste my time waiting.
Since then I have the opportunity to call and have any query I had as to how certain functions performed answered by yourself leaving me very confident in using the equipment.
I am extremely pleased with my purchases and the professional service that I have received.
I look forward to replacing some of my older equipment. I will defenitely be placing my business with you.

Thank you for all your help - I visited the Wairau Park store today (much closer to home for me) and was impressed with the treadmill you recommended, that combined with the interest free terms offered and the $1.00 bike made the decision to purchase easy.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I’ve been with the whole process of hiring a treadmill from you for the last 5 months. The guys picked it up today and did a great job getting it through some tight spaces. They were pleasant and arrived right on time. Hiring the treadmill enabled me to train for the half marathon which I did on Sunday and many people commented on what a great idea it was to hire it over winter when it’s easy to make excuses for not getting outside! I will definitely be calling you again next winter and have already recommended you to many

Thanks for the advice, the service and the great equipment. The tread mill and the bike are now integral parts in our gym facility, the treadmill a replacement to our old one and the bike an addition allowing us to offer excellent facilities to our clients.
As well as the equipment being top notch we were extremely pleased with the deal you were able to offer us and would have no hesitation in recommending Body4U Wairau Park to others.
Well will certainly be back to shop in the future as we look to source further equipment.
